There are two ways to Pay for your subscription:

Direct Deposit:
You can pay directly into the HBL bank account if you use Internet Banking

STEP1: - Email the Editor for Bank Details

We will send you the details by email.

Sorry for having this extra step in here - but it is necessary to prevent the possibility of someone making a payment and not telling us their details. It is almost impossible to find out from the direct deposit statement who has made the payment, if they do not put any details of who they are on it.

STEP 2: Make Online Payment & Copy the receipt

ENSURE YOU HAVE A CLEAR REFERENCE TO YOUR NAME IN THE ONLINE PAYMENT.
This is necessary to be able to confirm payment in the HBL account

Use the online facilities to COPY the receipt (see notes below).

Please include your contact details and the copy of payment
Most Online banks allow some form of copying the receipt they generate.
We suggest that you do BOTH, print and copy (if you can)
The printed copy is for your own records (and if all else fails).
The copy (to your clipboard/scrap) you will use to email to HBL Editor and paste this copy into the email you send.

and any other details which may help us to contact you or aid in delivery.

We request the mailing address, and phone number - for times when we are unable to contact you by email.
(this can happen if you change your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or your email address and forget to tell us.

By following these two steps we should be able to resolve the payment.

HBL Editor will email confirmation of payment once it has been cleared in the bank.
(Please give us up to a week to process this)
